Every plan includes your whole team. What you are buying is a pool of reply credits and the models you may spend them on — a reply on the fastest model costs one credit, a reply on the most capable costs more.
What a credit buys
A credit is a unit of what a reply costs to run. Dearer models spend more of them, and so do longer answers and bigger knowledge bases — a reply is charged for the material it reads. The numbers below assume the bot is reading as much of your knowledge base as it ever will, so they are the fewest replies you would get; a smaller knowledge base goes considerably further.

A busy month should not mean moving plan. Top-up credits do not expire with the month — they sit on the account until they are used, and plan credits are always spent first.

Bought from your billing page at any time. The reply figure is the cheapest model with a full knowledge base — a dearer model or a smaller corpus changes it, in the direction the plan cards above show.
Questions people ask first
What happens when I run out of credits?
The bot stops answering and tells visitors somebody will be in touch — it does not silently keep spending. You can buy a top-up, which does not expire with the month, or move up a plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, either way. Moving up applies straight away and we invoice for the new plan. Moving down waits until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset each month. Credits you buy as a top-up do not — those stay until you spend them.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel whenever. The Custom plan is the exception, because it is an agreement rather than a checkout.
