How are custom webhooks secured?
All outbound webhook requests include an `X-Atal-Signature` header containing an HMAC-SHA256 hash of the payload signed with your unique webhook secret. You can verify payload integrity and authenticity with zero risk of spoofing.
Can I filter which events trigger webhooks?
Yes. You can subscribe to specific events: `conversation.escalated`, `lead.captured`, `action.requested`, `booking.confirmed`, or `ticket.resolved`.
Can our team take over a conversation directly from Slack or Teams?
