Documentation
Five pages, covering the things that are genuinely unobvious. Everything else in the product explains itself where you use it.
Install the widget
One script tag, where to put it, and how to stop it loading on sites that are not yours.
What to upload
What the bot can read, what makes a good source, and why a 300-page PDF answers worse than six short pages.
Behaviour settings
Every switch on the Behaviour page: capture timing, search depth, reasoning, and when a chat ends.
Escalation and replying
When the bot hands over to a person, where that lands under Chats, and what happens to a chat nobody answers.
Notifications and integrations
Email, Slack, Teams, Discord, Google Sheets and signed webhooks โ the five events, the JSON, and choosing what each one carries.
Credits and billing
What one reply costs, why a costlier model buys fewer of them, and what happens at zero.
What is not here yet
There is no API reference, because there is no public API โ the widget talks to a private endpoint and that is deliberately not a contract anybody should build against yet. There is no self-hosting guide, for the same reason.
If something you need is missing, say so on our contact page. A question asked twice becomes a page here.
